The path to joining (the preparatory band) for an Egyptian student who has a high school diploma is a modern sport

Pre-candidacy stage (guiding students on how to apply to the institute through the coordination office)

  • An Egyptian student who has a high school diploma, a modern sport, applies to the Coordination Office for Admission to Universities and Institutes on the website of the Coordination Office (the Egyptian government portal) on the scheduled dates according to the total segment determined by the Coordination Office under a secret number given to the student written on the original high school success form.
  • The student records his desires in the specified period according to a group slide.
  • The admission result is announced on the same website through which the student applied for admission.
  • The student reviews the result and prints the nomination card.
  • The student goes to the Student Affairs Officer to review the following student data (the name between the high school certificate matches the name on the nomination card, the total, the eligible subjects, and the student’s nationality).
  • With regard to transfers, the Student Affairs Officer shall ensure that the student fulfills the declared minimum admission through coordination (the year the student obtained the qualification) in accordance with the instructions issued and ministerial decisions regulating the rules of transfers.
  • The student wishing to transfer must complete the transfer file data.
  • The Student Affairs Officer issues a payment permission after registering the student’s data on the Academy’s work automation program, and the student pays the transfer fee specified by the Ministry for transferred students.
  • For clearing students, an initial clearing is conducted for the student and approved by the Prof. Dr. Dean and then notified to the Ministry of Higher Education for review and approval

  • A foreign student (non-Egyptian) who has a high school diploma in mathematics or an equivalent Arab and foreign certificate shall apply for admission to the institute through the General Administration for Acceptance and Granting of International Students.
  • Once an incoming student is nominated to study at the institute, he obtains a statement stating his nomination issued by the Expatriates Department, and registration and registration procedures are taken after determining the expenses he pays, whether in Egyptian pounds or in sterling pounds, in light of the rules determined by the Expatriates Department in this regard.

Documents required from students transferred from non-equivalent colleges (transfer):

Note – After receiving the Ministry’s approval of the transfer, the student receives a letter to bring a file from the authority from which he is transferred, completes the medical examination procedures, pays the study expenses and receives his card.

  • Issuance of certificates (in Arabic and English) and equivalency for graduates (in Arabic only) from all years.
  • Extracting a statement of estimates (in both Arabic and English).
  • Issuance of 3 equivalent graduation certificates approved by the Ministry and the Supreme Council of Universities.
  • Cumulative announcement (the results of the previous years and the sum of each academic year) for each student for the fourth year students in the second half of April of each year.
  • Issuance of the graduation certificate and statement of grades and estimates for the five academic years (in Arabic and English) and equivalent temporary certificates (in Arabic only) – within two days from the date of payment of the certificate fee – for new and old graduates, provided that these certificates are approved by the Ministry and the Supreme Council of Universities by the graduate.
  • Obtaining permanent certificates (cartoons), reviewing them and approving them from the Ministry of Higher Education.
  • Expenses for graduation certificates are paid by the fourth year official before the end of the second semester (which is determined and announced by the Ministry of Higher Education and the Supreme Council of Universities every year).

Transfer terms:

  • The student obtained a total of more than 80% for high school sports

Paperwork :

  • A certified status statement of the grades obtained by the student from the transferring authority and certified (with the seal of the Republic’s emblem) from the Ministry of Higher Education.
  • A copy of the scientific content and the number of hours for the subjects studied by the student (approved by the institute and stamped with the logo of the Republic).
  • A copy of the high school success form.
  • An official extract of the high school transcript from the educational administration.
  • The original of a recent birth certificate with the triple military number on it.

  • Paying the clearing fees in the institute’s treasury.
  • Model 6 Jund and 2 Jund for Egyptian male students born in 2002 and earlier + a copy of the national ID card.
